NYCC 2017

I´ll be there. From Oct the 5th till the 8th. I won´t have a table, but I´ll be wandering around the con. I´ll be carrying a few copies of the Hero Code vol 1/5 trade and three, yes THREE short self published stories. Two of them are sci-fi genre and the other one is a short about a little girl and her pooch, really heart moving. Hit me up if you´re interested in any of those and I can hook you with a copy. In fact, if you´re interested in getting a commission from me to pick at the con or outside the con, send me note and we can make it happen

RON, mi perro, mi amigo

Hoy a la madrugada, falleció mi perro Ron.
Tenía nueve años y era mi mejor amigo.
A la mañana, cuando me levantaba, aparecían sus orejas
por la ventana de la cocina, para acompañarme en el
desayuno. Una vez que yo terminaba, él ligaba un poco
de leche y arrancaba su día. A la hora del almuerzo, siempre me acompañaba echado al lado mío, mientras yo cocinaba. Después de almorzar, cuando me pelaba manzana roja, siempre la compartía con él.
A la tarde, a la hora de la merienda, también acompañaba mi café
y después ligaba leche, también. A la noche, si yo cocinaba, estaba
él acompañando en la cocina, y después de cenar, compartíamos
manzana, de nuevo.
Todos los días lo veía desde la mañana hasta la noche. Cuando yo
salía de la casa, él se quedaba al lado del portón hasta que yo volviese.
Siempre me levantaba el ánimo cuando yo estaba mal, siempre nos cuidó
a toda la familia. Siempre de buen humor, buscaba alguna caricia o jugar
con alguno de nosotros. En invierno, cuando hacía frío, se echaba al lado
de mi tablero de dibujo, mientras yo trabajaba. En verano, en el suelo fresco
a la entrada de mi habitación. Cuando estaba afuera, se acomodaba abajo
de la ventana de la habitación en la que yo estuviese.
Acompañando desde cachorro hasta su último día, me enseño muchas cosas.Le debo mucho y siento que tal vez no le di todo el cariño y la atención que merecía. A pesar de tener algunos problemas de salud, fue el mejor perro que vi en toda mi vida.
Fue mi perro.
Lo quiero y lo extraño.

At the moment, I´m working on my OGN "Chernobyl" (you can see some preview pages at my dA gallery) along with some other projects that I hope I can get some publishers attention this year at NYCC. Yes, I´ll be visiting NYC in Sept and spend almost a month there. I´ll be hitting NYCC; no table, but I´ll be around the Artists Alley, if you want to chat and whatnot.
If you´re interested in a affordable commission to be delivered at the con, drop me a note and we can work the details out.
